Submit Your Abstract

A TOOL TO HELP YOU SUBMIT YOUR WORK FOR THE CONFERENCE.

For abstract submission, login through the access link using your email and password given upon registration. You will be asked to upload a file. Which you can do by using this template.

Use templates for Papers and Presentations once an Abstract has been accepted for the Conference. Here you can find the suggested templates for papers, poster and presentations. .

The conference will take place from the 20th to the 22nd of November 2024. In order to participate, please submit your abstract according to the following schedule.

EARLY REGISTRATION (15 January - 30 April)

Regular registration: 350€

REGULAR REGISTRATION (1 May - 15 October)

EDIAQI: 300€

Other things to consider

Delegates who have not paid their registration fee by the 1st November 2024 will not have their papers included in the final Programme and Proceedings.
The Gala Dinner is not included in the registration prices above. You may bring guests, and there will be an extra cost of 60€ per attendee. If you have any doubts, please contact us.
If you have any queries or need a VISA to enter the EU please request an invitation letter by contacting comfortattheextremes2024@gmail.com.
In exceptional circumstances people will be allowed to have their papers included as ‘Non-Attending Authors’ once the NAA fee of 250 euros has been paid. For further advice contact comfortattheextremes2024@gmail.com.

Paper Contents

Papers are preferred that are based on existing studies and related data. Authors are not encouraged to submit abstracts for papers that cover planned work and future projects.
